About the program

Chère Gina, Ton programme Yes You Can est là pour t’aider à rester constante et à t’engager envers toi-même. Ce n’est pas une question d’être parfaite. C’est une question de te présenter, même les jours où c’est plus difficile. Tu n’as pas besoin de motivation. Tu as besoin de discipline. Et je suis là pour t’aider à la tenir. 💛 Chaque séance dure 45 minutes maximum, incluant l’échauffement et le retour au calme, pour que ça reste réaliste et faisable peu importe ta journée. Ajoute du cardio léger comme des marches rapides ou du vélo quand tu en ressens l’élan pour soutenir ton énergie et la gestion du poids. Si quelque chose ne te semble pas bien, dis-le-moi. On priorise la connexion corps esprit pour activer les bons muscles et éviter les blessures. Structure : Jour 1 : Fessiers et ischios Jour 2 : Dos, épaules, abdos Jour 3 : Fessiers latéraux et quadriceps Jour 4 : Poitrine, bras Jour 5 : Mobilité Bonus : circuit d'abdos Équipement : Haltères 3 à 30 lbs + plus lourd, tapis, bandes, rouleau, ballon, walking pad, blocs.     Born from a decade long healing journey and a lifetime of personal growth, Levitate was created by Valérie Montpetit, a mother, energy healer, certified yoga teacher, and former personal trainer. Now in her mid thirties and currently studying advanced calisthenics, she brings together years of experience to guide others through meaningful and lasting change.
